Moutons artworks initially grew out of his design process as an architect, and then continue on into a fine art of its own. These unique paintings by Mouton are great examples of his fine art process and they are also highly collectible. This painting is a mixed media collage of cut paper oil stick graphite and print work. It features a wonderful view of the US Capitol building in Washington D. C. Mouton creates a very atmospheric sky and surrounding landscape with rapid strokes oil stick/crayon. Using reds blues greens pink and black. We have seen a lot of his artwork and in our opinion this is probably one of the best pieces you could own by this artist. A true tour de force of his artistic output!
