Farmersd in Field

A very nicely done mid 20thC. European, either French or Italian, oil on canvas laid on board landscape of farmers in field harvesting their crops. The background shows a rural architectural horizon with luminous sky with pink clouds. The painting is signed illegibly lower left. it is housed in a very nice gilt wood shadowbox frame with white linen liner and gilt rabbit with protective glass front. Overall a very nice package, nice European scene and displays very well. Measures; painting 6 1/4″ x 8 1/4″, framed 12 1/2″ x 14 1/2″ .
