Under glass . High end custom frame by Jerry Solomon art framing . Sight: 17 x 23 in. (43.2 x 58.4 cm.), Frame: 24 x 30 in. (61 x 76.2 cm.) The frame is navy with silver gilt and gold. Intentional distressing with a few nicks. Beautiful design.
